Lamb Wellington with a Madeira sauce
Pan-fried Sea bass with an oyster, mushroom & champagne sauce
Fillet of Pork wrapped in pancetta with a cream & wholegrain
mustard sauce
Strips of Veal Fillet flamed in brandy with a tarragon, cream sauce served in a crispy potato basket
